The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which allows the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway! Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: 1st floor \*raised - stairs or elevator is required\* Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad. Kitchen: Newly updated and fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Access to the peaceful balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 queen bed. TV. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during the reservation. PLEASE NOTE: 1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms. No pets. Minimum booking age 25\. Max guest count is 6. Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
