Family of 8

Our overall experience with location, parking and pools were amazing. The condo was clean, but could use updated mattresses, more kitchen items and a better way to get into the room. We had 2 days in a row where the door code didnt work and delayed our day.

Light was held up by zip ties, light bulbs blown, floors were cruddy, kitchen pots and pans still had food residue in them, silverware was dirty. Place needs a serious deep clean and updates!

Great condo for a large family

This place was nice and right beside the elevators which has its pros and cons but doesn’t take away from it being a great home.

The pictures of condo make it appear very nice, but there was a lot more wear and tear on the place than the reviews reflected. The couch was broken and leaning forward, with no comfortable place to sit. The stove top light stayed on even when it was off, and the oven would heat up and down making cooking very difficult. The beds squeaked with any movement. Also, there were several things broken upon arrival including a lamp and door stopper. We sent pictures and notifications of all the issues we had, and requested a partial refund. I still have not heard back from anyone. Bottom like we wouldn't have booked this place if the reviews had given any indication of an accurate description. I would still like a partial refund due to all the issues we had, and the fact that no one had gotten back to me several weeks after I have asked about it two or three times now. Thank you.
