Only complaints would be there’s only 1 parking spot but you can park close by on the public street. The AC was 12 degree difference from the back of the condo to the front & dryer needs to be set multiple times to dry. Owner sent out the Maintence guy for the AC right away! We loved the smaller complex and friendly neighbors! We could see the ocean from our balcony and it was just a short walk down there. The condo was clean and perfect for our group. Big and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach and great restaurants. It was everything we could've wanted for a family vacation. Our family enjoyed our week stay at this property. It was a quiet place that was close to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor grill was a plus. Great Vacation home! All of the necessities were present as well as extras. Upgraded unit with clean and comfortable atmosphere. Walk to the beach was further than anticipated but definitely not bad with sidewalks and the use of a BeachBuggy. Extra chairs and pool toys came in handy!
