Person was extremely nice and always responded extremely quickly. Gave me additional time to checkout with no fee. I wish the pictures showed the house a bit better. Our dog could run around and smell all the smells. Our kids are teenagers and enjoyed the house. The upstairs room was perfect for them. I read the other reviews and I think the host must’ve addressed the issues mentioned in them prior to our arrival. There were no roaches, the house was reasonably clean, and the host was very accommodating. I’m fact when we got there, I texted him that the microwave wasn’t working quite right and he had a new one sent over the very next day. And I think it’s important to note the closeness of the house to the actual beach… we walked down easy peasy several times a day. It was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house. ##### Megan B. House is small. Was not very clean (the bed linens not clean, same for dishes n silverware,as well as the floors needed sweeping and supplies were missing)! The property is in need of improvement or updating. House smelled musty! Beds very uncomfortable!The location was close to the Beach and attractions, however neighborhood was not the best! Large Police presence was heavy in this part of the area with arrests. We had the police follow us down the street several times. As for the Property Owner/Manager they did try their best to accommodate our needs! However when I asked if they had another property they could move us too or offer us some sort of refund, so we could move to another property! He just kept trying to fix the issues! He never offered any sort of refund for any of the issues we brought up. We made sure to stay at the property as little as possible. Lesson Learned with this VRBO. Not a great experience!
