Although the room was ready (housekeeping done) the key code was programmed not to work until 4 PM There was no mention of this at check in at the Elliot offices and a bellman had to "figure it out' ...I sat on the floor of the hallway in front of our READY room with our luggage waiting for 4PM Ridiculous 2\. Room cleanliness Off the charts bad Dirt in every corner and I did not walk barefoot in the unit all week 3\. Shower No hot water! Called Elliot Sunday... Told me I did not know how to work the shower... They said a service man would be by.. didn't happen Called Monday Called Tuesday Finally on Tuesday they arrived ... Told me a water line had come loose So much for me not knowing how to turn on the shower... :-( Can't stress enough the caution to avoid this place and Elliot altogether Plenty of other options in MB to enjoy and not be brought to tears over the issues ##### NANCY E.
