It's located on the 1st floor. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps). Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. We had some trouble navigating the pools as one is well hidden and not marked. The unit itself was as described but as we walked barefoot on the floor it was not clean. The beds were great.
