She let me know everything I needed to just head right up to the room when we arrived. I read other reviews complaining about waiting on elevators and the property itself being dirty, but we had no long wait times for elevators and if guests would clean up after themselves the cleaning and maintenance staff would be able to maintain the property. Our condo was clean, and had everything my family needed. I would recommend this condo if you want to stay close to attractions and restaurants. ##### Lisabeth G. One of the beds had no mattress cover and you could see the stains on the mattress through the sheets. The air conditioning didn’t work and it took 4 days for the management company to address it.
