A Beach Retreat Up-Hot tub, pet-friendly, 2 blocks to beach

Message me for off-season specials! This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

Adorable little beach house

Spent the first season weekend in a clean ,cute upstairs apartment. The location was great even if the neighborhood seemed a little gritty. Would recommend to couples visiting Myrtle!

Great Family Vacation

It was one of the best vacations we've had as a family! Very close walk to many things and restaurants. Very clean and a cozy spot to stay. All of our kids were very entertained and loved the hot tub after the beach day. Highly recommend!

Great ocean get-away

We had a very good time. Lovely place, close to the ocean and shops. Beds were super comfortable too which helps my 6’4” tall husband! Hot tub was perfect retreat too. We had trouble with tv and WiFi and living room seating was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise we would recommend!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the deck area! The quick walk to the beach was great and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, etc. More hooks for towels in the bathrooms would be great. Some shelving in the smaller bathroom to place items since it has a pedestal sink would also make a multiple day stay a bit more comfortable. We would stay at this property again!

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed our stay at A Beach Retreat. It was the perfect spot with less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and board walk. There is so much to do within a short driving distance or you can walk down the boardwalk. On Wednesday nights they have fireworks that you can see right from the outside deck. The place was clean and had everything you need. We will definitely stay here again when we head down that way again for a beach get away.

House was very clean

Perfect getaway of us and our dog. It could need some rug runners, floors were very slick for our dog to walk around. Other than that it had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Very clean and well maintained.

Clean and convenient!

His property was very clean and well taken cared of. It's also about a block from the beach and you can see the water and hear the waves from the driveway. Easy to walk for sure! Semi fenced in yard (aside from parking area) which was great for my dogs. It was also in a pretty central location where you could walk to the boardwalk or get to multiple restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this location because of the proximity to beach. My husband and I, , along with our dog Tessa had a fantastic stay. Our vacation was from June 17-24, and we loved evey minute of it. The hosts were great, very punctual and timely. Property was was a 10/10 for cleanliness. Very spacious, would definitely stay at this property again. An extra big shout out to these awesome hosts. Cute place, close to lots of fun!

The place was cute and appeared neat and clean. Not in a ritzy part of Myrtle, and the hot tub is great, but on the deck right at the intersection of roads so it’s not very private. There was one pouch (in 1 bathroom and not the other) with tiny amounts of soap and shampoo, not enough for our family of 4, let alone if we were in a group of 8. One couch and one chair in the living room, and 6 chairs at the kitchen table. Other than those minor things, the kitchen had all the basics, It’s close to many fun attractions, a short walk to the beach, and the owner was very responsive! We would stay here again.

Beach house

The house was clean and a very short walk to the beach. The couch was older and uncomfortable, dryer wasn't working properly but other than that it was a nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful
