This includes mixes of these breeds as well. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 9. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We went through the process of booking it and submitting payment. We had a confirmation and when we got to the town, stopped for dinner and received an email, it wasn’t available. Poor communication left us stressed. Property Management needs to get there act together. We were charged and were told by a VRBO rep we would not be charged anything and apologized.
