Summary: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent our properties. Enjoy the Panoramic views of the Atlantic Coastline. This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 6th floor gives ceiling to floor glass for natural light, direct oceanfront views and views of and the Grand Strand as well. Go to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and more that is just a short walk away. Ocean front pools, indoor and outdoor, lazy river, jacuzzi, splash area and fitness center for everyone to enjoy. (must be 25 yrs of age to rent) The Space: The space was just updated with new vinyl flooring (pictures coming shortly) Pros: \-Great view with easy check in \-Washer and Dryer in the unit \-Large living space \-Two king size beds \-Over half of the unit is floor to ceiling of windows which allows you to view the beach and the city at the same time Cons: \-Looking to get the kitchen cabinets replaced due to wear and tear \-Guests have complained about other units around them leaving the hallways smelling of smoke (cigarettes & marijuana) This is out of our control as we only own the unit not the building \-Feeling particles of sand on the floors when walking barefoot. The floors are hard to get every granule of sand off the floor as we are at the beach and it is in the air Guest Access: Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas in addition to the various amenities that the Oceans One Resort offers. However, the beach is the number one draw. The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies) The Neighborhood: The south end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. With Family Kingdom Amusement Park just a quick walk away and the kiddie water area right by the pools, you have fun right at your fingertips. There are also numerous oceanfront restaurants within just a few miles from the resort. Getting Around: Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber, Lyft, or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities. Other Things to Note: The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Interaction with Guests: Eagle Beach Rentals is located in Myrtle Beach and is always happy to help. The view from our room was amazing. There were a lot of people so we didn't use the pool or hot tubs as there were just so many people. The commination with the host was wonderful. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of things to cook with. Missing potholders so bring your own, there are extra pillows but no pillow cases so bring those also. Checking was easy, clean all your dishes (there is a dishwasher so bring pods they do have two there but you will want to bring more). The balcony is big but only has two chairs so you will want to bring more chairs to sit on the balcony. 2nd pier is just a short walk and we were able to sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks. I contacted the mgr who wanted to see pictures. I sent many pictures then never heard back. There was dust on the bedside table and even top of the toaster! We enjoyed our stay despite the many missing amenities, like hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, dust pan, Keurig coffee maker is inoperable. The place was dusty. Dining chairs are wobbly. One of the bedroom bathroom light does not work. The utensils and dishes were incomplete sets Anyone can tell that no one insured the place is ready. Outside ameneties were great. The code that was sent by VRBO was no fault to them. Just beware if you need anything, the ladies that work the registration are not friendly at all. When we did get into the hotel, the room we reserved had no number on it, so it was a guessing game as to if we were in the right room. The code worked so it must have been right... LOL. The room was not clean, the dishes from the last tenants were left in the dishwasher dirty, I washed them all by hand and put them away... The filters hadn't been changed in months. Head grease and handprints all over the headboards. Dust on everything, floors not swept or mopped, blood on the shower curtain, the pillows were horrible and stained (Brought my own, Thank god). The sheets are old with fuzz balls all over them. The TV's work, but not smart TV's, No movie channels, No light in the guest bathroom. Maybe I spoiled but the Holiday Inn is much better!!! It' a real shame because the location is perfect with the perfect set up for a couple sharing a room. The bedrooms were on the opposite side of the room which was great. I loved the set up so much, and this room could be a great place to stay with some updating and some TLC. For the amount of money we paid for 7 days, it could have been much better. ##### Andreia V.
