The outside needs work. There isn't a sitting area outside except in the pool area, which was fine except its a shared space. The grounds need some landscaping. I think my grandson who uses a sippy cup must of gotten something on the white comforters because i just got a notice that they were reported as being damaged and need replaced. The house is perfectly located for people that like beach walks early morning. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive to some early check in issues.
