3BR Direct Oceanfront Condo in the Palms

3 bedroom, 2 bath, OCEANFRONT, second floor, GREAT view of Ocean and Pool!
Renovated non-smoking oceanfront three-bedroom condominium is located just north of downtown Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and has a picturesque view of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk from condo to 'toes in ocean' in under 3 minutes (we timed it) ! Access to indoor pool and one outdoor pool, 2 indoor saunas and an exercise room.

This unit is ideal for a family vacation or getaway, only two units per floor and located on the second story. The unit also offers three bedrooms, a full kitchen, living area and two oceanfront balconies (one large enough for a dining table for six) and one small balcony off of the middle bedroom. We have smart TVs, cable, and DVD players to watch your favorite movies. Also on those days when the weather just won't cooperate we have provided board games. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable and the unit sleeps 8 very easily. Please come and make it a vacation that you and your family will always remember!

There are lots to do for adults and the children and everything is right at your finger tips. Take the elevator to the first floor. As soon as you step into the condo you can not miss the million dollar view right in front of you. With just a few steps you are at the ocean. Make certain to bring your cameras and videos to capture those unforgettable memories that you will want to share with friends and family. The amenities are swimming pools and saunas on site. Also relax on any one of the three balconies the condo provides, with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night, while enjoying the sounds of the ocean, complete euphoria and tranquility! You have access to a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals to prevent the family from getting home sick. There are neighborhood restaurants, shopping, bars and much much more to do. This will be a family experience that will keep you coming year after year. Please make your reservations to be sure to catch the excitement and the waves.
Sleeping arrangements for the unit include three bedrooms, a spacious master suite with a king-size bed and walk-in closet; a large second bedroom with a queen bed; and a cute, cozy bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa.

Located within The Palms resort are indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and exercise room.

Beachfront restaurants, golf, convention center, nightlife and entertainment are a short distance away. You are in the heart of Myrtle Beach and part of all of the activity!

Overall very nice stay. Great value. Accommodations for four adult male golfers just about right. Fantastic beach location, nice pool and lawn area for lounging. Very responsive owner on a toilet issue, resolved same day. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything we needed was provided, owner was overly helpful and considerate. Check in was easy, great amenities. It was just the place we were looking for on our visit to the beach loved the oceanfront view from the balcony! Would and will visit again :)

Great location

Our unit folit our family perfectly (4 kids 2 adults). The pool at the condo complex was nice and warm, and the beach was right there. Our host was also very prompt with all communications. I'd recommend to anyone going to Myrtle Beach.

Family vacation

Our son graduated from army basic training and we came to Columbia to be with him and decided to stay at this lovely rental and check out Myrtle beach while we were in South Carolina. Excellent place, location and very easy to book and good communication throughout ! Would rent again! Thank you!

Perfect Spot!

Came down for a softball tournament - Made a mini vacation out of the trip. Great location, safe area for family of all ages. Ran into a maintenance issue however the property owner dealt with the matter very quickly with no inconvenience to my part. Would definitely stay again!

Location is key

We rented from Gregory for a week vacation with my family. He was easily contacted, with quick replies. The check in process was seamless. The property was right on the beach, which was wonderful. Even had some beach toys available for my kids to use. Nothing too flashy, a simple place to stay. The only qualms were that the master shower has issues with the water escaping onto the floor, so we were constantly wringing out and drying the floor may/towel in between showers. And would suggest blackout curtains for the room with the queen bed as the lights from the street and neighboring buildings are bright.

Amazing Host!!

I am writing this review because the host, Gregory, is an absolutely amazing human being and he needs to be recognized. Hurricane Debby got in the way of our latest trip and Gregory was so thoughtful and kind and found a way for our family to stay safe. I would highly recommend staying in this property. We will certainly be booking again!

Fantastic location right on the beach

We arrived when the unit's renovations were not finished unfortunately. Hopefully the renovations are now complete and the unit will have nicely updated features. Getting to the beach is super easy and convenient from this condo. Communication was excellent from property manager which we really appreciated. Tons of things to do nearby.

Perfect for families

Perfect condo for families. It had everything that we needed, even a pack and play for our baby! The kids loved the beach toys and we loved the beach umbrella and chairs! The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a crock pot. Which was nice because with a family of seven we couldn’t afford to eat out every meal. The washer/dryer did take a while to complete, but it washed the clothes throughly,you just have to plan ahead when doing laundry. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking., but that’s everywhere.

Great location!

Easy access. We enjoyed most of our stay, except for having to constantly shut on and off the water to the commode in the master bath. The remote didn't work in the queen bedroom/volume only part time. There was a little trash and pepsi can under twin bed. No chairs on balcony which I was wanting the most to watch my family in the pool. (I was recovering and had to stay in apartment) Loved the table on master porch....family played games there. Overall, we loved the location and host was nice. We would stay again because little things can be fixed. Thanks!

Fantastic

The host was excellent. We had a problem with the TV the next day Bam he had a new tv installed for us. Easy check in, beautiful location. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back next year. Oh and we needed a pack and play and he had one set and ready for us when we checked in. No issues. Wonderful host and vacation
