You’ll love my place because of the unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the central location. My place is great for families with kids, large groups, reunions and business travelers. This is a 3 BR/2 BA unit with a king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. We have a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, WIFI and a Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom/living room and a private balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this angled ocean view property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as \`The Golden Mile\`, which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Our condominium features three bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed. The other two bedrooms feature 2 queen-size beds in each with access to the second bathroom. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort\`s large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children\`s pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle\`s Best breakfast/coffee facility. About the resort: The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to be one of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17\. The amenities in the resort are great too. There\`s a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170’ Lazy River and a basketball court. About the area: There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony. This unit comes with 3 covered parking spaces. All amenities on the property are available to our guests. You must be 25 years or older to rent this unit. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300\. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. It is located in a great part of the northern stretch of Myrtle Beach and most places of interest are within a 10 minute drive which is very convenient. The amenities of the resort are great and we enjoyed all the pools. The condo is a little dated and could use some updates but the pictures are very accurate. The mattresses are firm which I loved but my young adult children found them a bit uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Michelle K. There were some issues with the toilets that I reached out to the manager about she said she would send someone but never did. Wasn’t able to flash the toilet on the primary restroom had to reach into the back of the bowl in the water to flash every time. The blankets are very thin so bring your own if you get cold easily. It is not brand new but well maintained, updated, clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Having the ice maker was awesome and the pantry was very handy. The washer/dryer was invaluable. We used it much more than anticipated. I would suggest bringing kitchen trash bags. We did not have nearly enough of those. Just a miscalculation on our part. It’s a very short trip to Walmart for anything you may need though. The amenities at the resort are great! My grandchildren were well pleased. We loved having the game room, waterparks, lazy rivers and pools. Every member of the staff we met was so nice and helpful. Will visit again! ##### Becky M. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a few slight odd things in the kitchen, like the microwave door not being able to open fully, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher were missing and one of the cabinet doors couldn't open all the way due to the oven sticking out. The washing machine is a stacking front loader and the rubber gasket was moldy. This was a great place to stay with children. The indoor pool area with multiple hot tubs, slides and the lazy river were great. The condo is within an easy walk to the beach. We loved our trip and look forward to going back! ##### Meghan K.
