All amenities were in working order, cleanliness was appreciated, pillows were exceptional, indoor noise level was tolerable, staff - both at the desk and housekeeping were pleasant. We didn't use the pools or weight rooms. There were only a few drawbacks. There could have been more kitchen towels, more towel racks in the bathroom. We were on the 2nd floor. The noise from the pools and piped-in music was annoying but understandable. The trees were sparse enough to still view the waves. There was a domestic assault in the hallway. When security was summoned, they were on scene in less than 5 minutes. The parking was tight but ample, in a tiered garage. Only thing we didn’t like was the pet friendly side. There was dog poop on the side walk. We love pets and have a dog we chose to leave home.
