This place is only good, certainly not excellent, because its location is very good( easy access to Cardiff, Bute Park and stadiums), it is very clean and the breakfasts are excellent.
However, the room and the ensuite were disappointingly small,especially for the price! Also, with the exception of the lovely breakfast girls, there was little warmth in the welcome at the main reception desk.Certainly, the least welcoming place we have stayed in for a while!

Staff at reception wasn’t overly friendly.
Pool is made to look a lot nicer and relaxing on the photos. There is also an extra £5 charge per person to use the pool which wasn’t specified on Expedia at time of booking. They waived the charge but it’s not worth the money unless you want your kids to let off steam.
Great location and room was very good.

A great place to stay, clean, well equipped room, with an uninterrupted sea view, which includes of Caldey Island. Good vegan breakfast and bar and breakfast room overlooking the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price too and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Tenby.
