"Waited over an hour for the shuttle at the airport before giving up and taking a taxi there (cheaper than Uber and available in the shuttle area). The shuttle serves two properties, which likely caused the delay. The hotel is a quick walk to the train station. Train noise wasn't bothersome with the AC running and windows closed during sleep hours. The room was clean and comfortable. At check-in, the front desk nicely offered my choice of floor (picked the 2nd). Staff is very friendly despite being busy. When I accidentally locked myself out, they quickly sorted out my key cards. Extra pool towels were given at the desk but asking housekeeping yielded thick, plush towels delivered to my room. Free hot coffee was always stocked as well as free ice water in the lobby. Breakfast items were good, though the dining area gets crowded. Vending machines near my room for drinks or 1st floor for snacks. Free Wi-Fi worked. The pool and fitness center looked clean from a quick glance but I was too busy to use during open hours. Bring your own toiletries unless you are fine with minimal. Would stay again!"

"Everything was good. Downtown Anchorage is filled with homeless. The hotel itself is beautiful and has 24 hour lock door so that helps."

"Very clean, very comfortable bed. Very modern. Check in/ out flawless. Not the best views, and a lot of street traffic, but overall very comfortable room."

"For its location, this place is decent and quiet. Ample parking, conveniently located. The room was pretty clean and a small kitchen is a nice touch, although I think unnecessary. It would’ve been nice to have coffee in the room. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick trip."

"Very clean, nice-looking room. I wish we had stayed here the previous trip. Further from the train station, but in a way nicer location. I felt it was very reasonably priced."
