Every room is designed so it is completely private, so you can have the curtains open on the entire glass wall in the bedroom and look out over the Bay of Biscay, and soak in the tub while inhaling the ocean air. "Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!"

"This is a super little hotel beside the Cathedral, really short walk to the old town, the beach, the river, and the bus station! Really stylish and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given a welcome glass of cava and upgraded to a room with a balcony. We didn’t book the breakfast option, so not sure how good that is, but there is free water and soft drinks in the rooms. Lovely touches. "

"A lovely hotel, close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the city (15 minute bike). There is a taxi rank and a bike rack a couple of minutes away. Lovely coffee shop within hotel plus a bakery opposite and a supermarket round the corner. Overall small but comfy rooms. Only nuisances were lack of space to dry towels, no dustbin in room (just bathroom) and the clear box that is the bathroom (minimal privacy when on the loo). "
