"Staff was absolutely amazing. We had a great time just wish that maybe a better job of cleaning up cob webs to attract less would have been great so we would have actually been able to enjoy the patio aspect and half the reason I rented the room but I get that you cannot control Mother Nature."

"Did not like the “feel” of the hotel. It was a bit run down and in a poor neighborhood. Decided to not stay. Was told I would receive a 50% refund on the price of the room but have been charged the entire amount. Perhaps it takes a day or two for the credit to appear."
