"We love Tru by Hilton. It’s perfect for families. This Tru was conveniently located to the mall and shops as well as restaurants. We appreciate having games readily available as it rained during our stay in Spartanburg. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were well-maintained."

"This is our second stay at the property this year. Our room was fine but we were staying with friends and the baseboards weren't attached to the wall and the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom. We did however check in on Tuesday and had to ask for room service on Friday. Says you will get room service every other day. Also, I don't mind using towels for 2 days, but I really don't want to have to use washcloths more than once. We were only given 2 for two people.Had to ask at the desk."
