"We stayed in the renovated section and it was top notch with beautiful views and walk-on or drive-on access to the beach. The amenities across the street were great (indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi). Restaurant was closed on sunday but we found great restaurants in nearby Seabrook. Would definitely return!"

"We loved this place! We've rented many beach houses over the years, and this was the best one ever for our family! Photos don't do it justice. Things we LOVED: amazing ease of beach access (especially for kids), incredible views from every window, huge decks both upper and lower, comfy beds, spacious kitchens both up and down, built in baby gate... And the deer visiting every evening! Teresa is a very responsive host, and everyone was very satisfied with our experience here. As many stars as we can give!"

"Cottage was clean and comfortable and nicely equipped kitchen. Beach access is a short distance to the beach and a there is a pretty good view of the ocean from the living room! Host was quick to reply and helpful with any questions."

"Unbeatable beach views, very clean and comfortable, and a kitchen fully-stocked with equipment. Very helpful hosts and we had a lovely stay. There are other rentals behind the house, but aside from some noisy dogs, we never felt crowded. Wish we had been able to bring our dog on this trip - he would have loved the dog bed, bowls and drying-off towels, and especially the beach!"

"Oh My Gosh....this was such an amazing time!!!!When it says on the beach, literally on the beach. The deck was our hangout enjoying the waves and it was so wonderful to have such an amazing stocked kitchen with wonderful dishes as we prepared FEASTS for KINGS.Such a fun property, we had private deck time. Made friendly conversations with neighbors and play pictionary laughing so incredibly hard.Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!!"

"Beautiful property. Host was fast in his response and allowed us to check-in early. House was adorable and hot tub was clean and worked great. The location was pristine- direct access to path to the beach. Great unobstructed views of ocean from every room in house- even from bed. Beach had unbroken sand dollars everywhere. Our pups loved the ocean- extremely private area. We plan on coming back!"
