Mi experiencia fue muy buena, Coraima en el Front Desk, Muy respetuosa, amable, educada, me explico todo lo relacionado al hospedaje y aclaro algunas preguntas que tenia. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y cerca de la Plaza del Reloj (punto de encuentro para la mayoria de los tours)cuenta con un Roof top que ofrece: muy buena comida y tragos a buen precio. Tambien se puede aprovechar de una buena vista del casco historico.
