When I arrived at the Hotel which was a bit later in the evening around to be fair 21:00 It took me around 20minutes to get someone to check me in and there was no apology for the wait , I then went to my room to offload my bags and went to the bar which i had to wait for around 10 minutes on a drink and similar for my next drink on the plus side the pool sauna and steam room make up for the poor staff issues. I didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment on that
