"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. "Efficient check in with staff. Spacious room with firm comfortable beds. Fully functional towel warmer was nice. Included breakfast was extensive which only a 4+ star hotel like International can offer. Location ideal and edge of city center so quiet but very walkable. Would seek out this hotel if ever visited again in future. Despite older venue, ownership has maintained property and would highly recommend."
