"Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms - the hotel was perfect. The rooftop bar was very nice, and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the property - getting to the property is a different story but that has to do with the inherited location - Porto - such a hilly and old city - very narrow roads, not accessible by car. "

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such great care! The staff were great, loved the 24/7 tea, coffee, cookies and cake. We had the free breakfast option and there were gluten-free baguettes that tasted delicious! Unlike other locations in Europe, the room was spacious and had a cute balcony. It was also extremely close to attractions and the waterfront. "

"Para todos mis reviews siempre utilizo tres aspectos fundamentales: A. Ubicación, B. Servicio, C. Relación precio/calidad. A. Ubicación: Esta vez elegimos quedarnos cerca del Mercado do Bom Sucesso, y fue un acierto. Justo al lado hay opciones para comer, un centro comercial y varias líneas de autobús. La estación de metro Casa da Música queda a 7 minutos caminando. Desde la estación de tren de Porto Campanhã, tardamos 25 minutos en metro hasta el hotel. B. Servicio: El personal fue amable y claro durante el check-in. Nos guardaron el equipaje mientras esperábamos la hora de entrada y nos orientaron sobre lugares cercanos para comer. C. Relación precio/calidad: Las habitaciones son amplias, silenciosas y muy cómodas. Cuentan con restaurante, bar, un desayuno muy completo y gimnasio. Todo por un precio muy razonable. "Excellent little hotel, 15 mins walk from the Dom Louis bridge and flat along the river, given most of Porto is steeply sloped. Marta was an excellent host going out of her way to make the stay as hassle free as possible, even providing a phone number for anything I needed. Would highly recommend! "

"We had a fantastic experience at the Social Hub Porto. The hotel was very clean throughout, with modern, well-maintained rooms that made me feel instantly comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and provide great local tips. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. But the real highlight was the amazing breakfast! A wide variety of fresh, delicious options, beautifully presented and constantly replenished — the perfect way to start each day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Porto. Can’t wait to return!"
