"Excellent location - super convenient to the tram lines A and F which can get you just about anywhere. The AC didn’t work in my room, so they moved me (twice), but they did everything they could to accommodate and make it right. Staff was very kind and responsive."

Don't bother with breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of cafes 5mins away with better coffee and croissant. Remember it is IHG so if you book through hotels.com you won't get points"

"Great central location right next a main tram station, which surprisingly wasn't very noisy. Good quality and variety in the breakfast selections. Our room was spacious, but had weird tripping-hazard steps to the terrace next to the bed. The terrace had a nice view when standing up, but it had us looking at a blank, solid wall when sitting down, as the "railing" was not see-through."
