You won’t find better view or staff . They all were simply amazing . The view was beautiful and middle of everything. Very helpful and friendly staff. There to assist you in anyway. Thank you so much . I will be back !

Everything is perfect but breakfast options should have different variety and should change the menu everyday since we are staying for 5 nights. Ms. Ekaterina the waitress she has an excellent attitude in serving customers kudos for her:)

We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.
