"Property was not at all as advertised. Rooms look much different than listing and it is very misleading and dishonest. we would not have stayed here if it was depicted accurately. Listed to have dryer and washer - our unit did not have a dryer. Air conditioner was leaking. Sheets smelled musty and unclean. Did not enjoy the stay here and would not recommend, was misled with the photos and description. Do not recommend! "

"Fake photos. Fake address. Fake amenites! Hard to contact renter. Waited hours to check in. Had to drive across town to a totally different space. No breakast and no airport transport as stated!! Tried to contact Expedia to report the scam but was not able to talk to anyone. It’s nonrefundable if we cancel and we would be stranded and no funds to rebook another space. Had to stay in subpar space and no response from renter when we message them except day of check out! So angry of the whole experience. We should be able to get a refund if the renter did not honor their advertised spaced and benefits. I would never use Expedia again if I don’t get a fair compensation or if this renter is still able to operate and scam other customers—-it was a horrible experience abroad!!"

"Fantastic experience staying at Landmark 81 autograph! The staffs are at the same time very discreet and extremely friendly, making you feel welcomed every day. As a Titanium member who stayed at many properties around the world this is in the top 10% for sure. Special shoutout to Brian at the club lounge, who was always very helpful."

"The room was magnificent and the staff truly outstanding — attentive, warm, and always willing to help. There are just a couple of small adjustments that would make the stay even better. The toilet area could use more privacy, as it’s entirely glass and doesn’t offer much discretion. A simple solution like frosting or a curtain would greatly improve comfort. Also, the room included instant coffee among the amenities, but there were no mugs, cups, or a kettle to heat the water, which made it difficult to actually enjoy it. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few details that, if improved, would make it perfect."
