"This boutique hotel is definitely quite unique in term of decor. The comforter is probably the softest I have felt in hotels. Though the rooms are not very soundproof and my room had window with exterior street view. The breakfast staff were very helpful making eggs to order."

"The location was ideal for exploring Cusco city centre on foot, just 5 minutes from the main plaza and cathedral. We had a room towards the back of the property (222) which was very quiet. There is a handy heater in the room, great to dry your clothes near if you get caught out by unexpected rain! The bed was large and comfortable although the sheets were quite thin so some thicker PJs would’ve made it more comfortable without the need for the heater. The breakfast was included, and had a limited spread but people can order eggs or pancakes from the kitchen. For vegan options we could have fruit, cereals with soya milk from the kitchen and fresh strawberry jam on toast. The staff were extremely helpful in booking all our various taxis and transfers as well as providing us great vegan food options in town, including Green Point which is a must. I would happily stay here again if visiting Cusco!"

"I knew I was in trouble when I saw a basket of ear plugs next to the bed. As it turns out, they were definetely needed! Although this hotel is in a great location - right off the Plaza de Armas, and is off a little street with cute shops and places to eat, it is also located near several clubs, and they play well into the night, or early morning, often not stopping until 4:00am. If this doesn't bother you great - but if you have any difficulty sleeping, I don't recommend it. Other than that it was great! The staff were available and responsive and helped with anything I needed. They also went above and beyond by brining almond milk and gluten free options into the breakfast rotation when I asked if they had them. The room was comfortable. There is a little nook at the top of the stairs where you can make yourself a cup of tea and look out over the city. Totally charming. Great location! All of the places I wanted to see, and the restaurants I wanted to visit were within walking distance - not more than 15 minutes. I really enjoyed my time here and in Cusco (except for the bass beat at 2:30am!)."
