The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. "Beautiful hotel. Classic design. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Our shower leaked and they moved us rooms without question. The included breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was spendy, but food was good and amazing view. They do offer a shuttle into Lugano, but it only runs every two hours. The staff were all very mind. Would rate overall experience 4/5 "
