"The best accommodation we had on our trip through Latin America! The staff were completely professional yet friendly. We had a truly spacious room and bathroom. The Wanchaq train station (for trips to/from Machu Picchu) is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main square. The breakfast is well above average (almost like brunch) and is served starting at 3 a.m. The espresso at the hotel (and in Peru) is far better than in Brazil. The hotel bar also serves excellent cocktails. After our arrival from Lima, we immediately continued on to Machu Picchu, and storing our luggage for one night was no problem (we didn’t check in until the next day, after returning from MP). If I ever return to Cusco, I can save myself the time of searching for a hotel - I’d definitely come back here."

"We decided on the Novotel because of the covered courtyard. The pictures didn’t do it justice it is a beautiful historic building which is extremely well run from the front desk to everyone in the restaurant and breakfast area. We opted to have our last drinks of an evening in the yard as it was so magical at night. The location is within an easy walk of everything couldn’t have asked for more."

"Very spacious. Nice jaccuzzi in washroom. Felt really good hot tub fighting headache from high altitude. Staff ver helpful. Nice breakfast too. Didn't get to see the rooftop (sign being closed?) Overall recommend. So close to the market too. "

"This family-owned boutique hotel was very conveniently located in the historical district of Cusco. The breakfast was fantastic and on our one early start tour day, the boxed breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Our only inconvenience was finding the hotel entrance because you have to enter a closed gate from the street and there is no hotel signage. Keep the physical hotel address with you for the street number of the hotel and buzz the intercom located on the right hand side of the green door on the street. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!"
