Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities.

Was expecting more from a 4 star. Everything is really dated, staff was very nice. Rooms were dirty and extremely old looking. Breakfast was nice. Beautiful views and nice pool for sure. Shuttle service was great into town! Wouldn’t stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cristina for our week in Sorrento. The staff were so lovely and friendly, particularly those serving at all the meal times - nothing was a problem and they always greeted us with a smile.
The views were spectacular and our room was very clean and comfortable.
We also really appreciated the free shuttle to and from the station - it was easy to book via WhatsApp and they happily helped with luggage.
Overall we'd recommend this hotel as a fantastic stay for an Amalfi Coast holiday.
