The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!

A comfortable., well located hotel . Excellent service, the staff were very attentive and it’s clear that customer service is important. Nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back!
