"What was unexpected was the whole pool from 2011 had changed no lanes have to make reservations and sure family friendly but too tiny and the gym tiny too for such a big international hotel I expected different especially for the price of stay. I understand have a conference area or two but still noticed a lot of wasted space. Otherwise, comfortable beds and nice air goad the fridge worked for my chocolates that i was taking back for friends and family"

"I was disappointed to find out the rooftop restaurant/Bar was closed upon checking in, so there was no entertainment in the hotel as we expected, we paid a lot money for this hotel so we were not happy to hear that it was closed. They also charged my credit card again although I told the front desk agent as we checked in, I had already paid for the stay through hotels.com, the front desk agent who took care of us did not listen when or care, and was not very friendly in fact was angry that I asked him what was the charge for, he didn’t care or go the extra mile to find out, he ignored me when I told him, needless to say I had to call and write them to credit us for the extra charge which was a mistake, they should have already known that I already paid. Some of the other staff and the manager were very nice. The (Waiter Christopher & Issa) were so nice and friendly. I did enjoy having the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Seeing it sparkle in the evenings was the highlight and best part of the stay."

"Every one was very friendly , the price was very high for the small room 350$ I change one night they charge me 50$ extra. The staff let me to leave my luggages for 3 days between my trip . I really appreciate . I will recommend also for the location. Monoprix is one street subway only 2 streets from the hotel, left side of the hotel we find the most Amazing french bakery bread and cake call Talmaitre. I really recommend. If the price was lower I really recommend ."

"This was a decent sized room for Paris and in an excellent location to dining and shopping options. Since our train from the nearby station was cancelled, it turned out not to be perfectly located to our airport transport but that was simply unfortunate since it was an unexpected last minute change. We were able to get a taxi easy enough when the time came."

"Hotel de Paris staff were friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC units worked like magic! They helped us arrange transportation to the airport on our last day which was super helpful and cheaper than getting a prepaid shuttle and better than taking the train. Thank you for decorating my sister’s room for her birthday and the gifts!"
