The hotel room was lovely. The maid did an excellent job cleaning our room. The hotel is in an excellent location : close to restaurants and old Quebec which made it very tourist friendly.
We never saw any staff in person. I had to use the phone at the reception area to speak to someone.
We couldn’t figure out how to close the curtains or turn on the lights until I called reception. Everything was hooked up to a confusing modern system. Once we knew how to use the system we were fine.
I would recommend the hotel despite a few inconveniences.
