Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Musasa?
The best time to go to Musasa is during the long dry season from June to September or the short dry season from mid-December to mid-February. These periods offer the most pleasant weather for exploring the region.

During the long dry season, you'll experience consistently warm, sunny days with very little rainfall. This is ideal for outdoor activities, particularly if you're planning to visit the nearby tea plantations or explore the natural beauty of the Western Province. The clear skies also make for excellent photography opportunities.

The short dry season also provides agreeable conditions. While you might encounter an occasional brief shower, the weather is generally sunny and warm. This time of year is also popular for visitors, particularly around the festive period, offering a comfortable climate for travel and relaxation.
