This condo features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with granite counters, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as an oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Two Smart TVs (cable), two DVD players, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king (master and second bedroom), two double (third bedroom), and one queen-sized sleeper sofa (living room). Bathrooms include showers with curved shower rods and multi-function shower heads for added comfort and relaxation. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one parking pass; two and three bedroom units are assigned two passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts allowed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo. If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park. The only issues we had were - When we arrived on Sat. we saw the bathroom toilet seat was cracked through in the 3rd bedroom with kingsize bed. We called and left message & it was replaced on Mon. Also the faucet in the kitchen is not stable & moves around. This should be checked out. We enjoyed the unit and would definitely rent it again. We did have a problem entering the unit when it was ready as the code wouldn't work but we called Garden City Realty and they took care of the problem. Enjoyed our stay in this unit. And from other reviews yes the carpet is dirty and the sheets don't fit the mattress well. But that didn't bother us. Next time we go to Myrtle Beach we will try and stay here! ##### Kenneth H. Condo was clean and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. The carpet was dirty, however and probably needs to be replaced. The sheets did not fit the master king bed very well. No toaster in unit. Sliding glass door needed work, which was done while we were there. Overall, the experience was good.
