This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, a washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three smart TVs (48-inch in the living room, 24-inch in the bedrooms) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-size bed, plus one twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Outdoor amenities include a balcony. Parking is limited, and space is tight. Truck access may be challenging. Please consider this when planning your vacation. Limit one parking pass. Dog-friendly. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Reviewer Comments: This condo was completely redone which was great. Also our small dog was allowed which was our main need. The owners had thought of everything renters could possibly need. The downside was that the dishwasher was broken which we didn’t realize until we’d eaten off the dishes that appeared to have been run and were in the dishwasher when we arrived. We found out three days later when we tried to run it that the water was turned off. The washing machine had a squeaky gear which made us afraid to use it. The coffee maker was missing a part and leaked coffee all over the counter. And the disposer had a leak which fortunately, we saw and so we stopped using the disposer.
