It is beautiful and clean just like the listing photos. Can’t beat the view of the ocean! The only thing we didn’t love is that it is directly opposite the elevator in the center of the hall. The bedroom Is located on this wall and it has a window, so we were woken up in the mornings with all the foot traffic and elevator noises. If you are a light sleeper, this is not ideal. Close to many restaurants and other things to do. The condo was bright, clean and well stocked. It was great being on the 5th floor as we were able to see the sea turtles out at sea. The condo was well appointed, had everything we needed convenience wise, and was spotlessly clean. Property management company had excellent communication and helped us with any questions we had. If I wasn't on the beach I loved being able to sit on the sofa & look outside to see the ocean. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, close to everything. Great view of beach, ocean and sunrises. Great location for restaurants and places for adult beverages. Rental company was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, the HVAC was not working properly and so they gave us fans, but they weren’t really needed due to the breeze from the ocean. Gray vacation, will definitely come back again ##### Dan L.
