Welcome to Rising Tides Properties Condo 1205, a charming one-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo on the 12th floor of a highly sought-after Garden City Beach resort. Located on Waccamaw Drive and just a short walk from the Garden City Pier, this condo offers direct beach access via elevator and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Beautiful Oceanfront condo

The condo was very nice and we had a wonderful view. Having two full baths and in unit laundry was so nice. Would totally stay there again.

Beautiful room, furnishings, decor, balcony and view. Beach chairs and umbrella provided, which was nice. We have only great things to say about this property. I had a chance to surf fish, which I LOVE. We are long-time visitors to Garden City, during years with our kids and now in our retirement season, so the proximity to the Pier, where we enjoyed live music, and several wonderful restaurants was top notch. This property will now be our escape and home away from home at the beach we so love!
