The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and main bedroom. Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

One Ocean Place is an oceanfront 13 story high rise building located in Garden City. The electronic gates provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

The condo was great and very clean great location love the Conch Cave great food. The condo was as described on Vrbo the person we booked from call to check on us which I liked! I just wish the weather was better but overall a great place to stay I would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location is perfect. Wonderful views of the ocean from the living area and master. Plenty of room for my husband and I. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the calmness in Garden City. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Loved the location and security at One Ocean Place. The property manager, Leigh, was very nice to deal with. The unit is equipped with everything you need to make an enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable!! Very easy check in and check out. We absolutely love staying here!!!

This condo was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space and the building and pools are very well maintained. Security was always around. I felt very safe!

The condo was nice but needs updated. We encountered a few problems but Leigh, the property manager, was a lifesaver and excellent to work with. She never missed a beat when I had to message or call. The location was nice and a very short walk to get to the beach

This 10th floor condo is beautiful and has the most amazing bird’s eye view of the ocean! The kitchen was fully stocked and the master bedroom bed was SO comfortable! The twin beds in the guest bedroom could use a new mattress and pillows but otherwise, this place is perfect! You won’t regret staying here!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and has great security. This unit is very clean and up-to-date and is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation!! The beds are all very comfortable. Leigh, the property manager, is very easy to communicate with and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone wanting a wonderful experience at the beach!!! The view from the balcony is exquisite!!!!

Leigh wolfson wonderful property manager, a few needed minor repairs, was done asap, including the keurig coffee maker that didn’t work, she had housekeeping bring one within the hour. The condo was spotless, the view and accessibility was spot on! Leigh was wonderful for answering any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful week, would surely book again!!

I don’t ever leave reviews, but felt the need to leave one this time. This was the best rental experience i’ve had. The place met all expectations. The large windows giving full view of ocean was awesome! Kitchen was well equipped, location was ideal. The ONLY negative - the wall of mirrors in the living room - it’s a lot of mirror. But this would not deter me from renting this place again! We will be back!
