This oceanfront unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a living room with a private balcony overlooking the beach, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed plus one twin-over-double bunk bed. Common area includes a swimming pool, gazebo, grills, and two elevators. No trailers. No golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Limit two pool gate access passes and one parking pass per unit at check-in. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. The building is older and the condo is visibly older. It’s a bit inconvenient to have to have a key fob to get into the building especially when there were 4 adults doing different things. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a house in garden City with a different realty company that had an "elevator". We had 4 families staying there and my son is in a wheel chair. He could not fit in the elevator so my family was stuck with no place to stay. I prayed, walked out towards the street and saw a couple of beachfront places and I called Garden City rentals.
