  • 200 YARDS TO THE BEACH.
    Granite countertops, and tiles shower with glass enclosure.
    Being a Loft Apartment this has normal ceilings down the center of interior and low adnormal ceilings on both sides. Due to STEEP STAIRS not ideal for children or anyone not able to deal with STEEP STAIRS.
    Entry to this Unit is gained by stairs behind building.

Very clean and awesome location. The stairs are really steep and the bar below is loud. We used the fan app and it drowned out some noise. We were aware of those issues so we were not surprised. Good stay great communication with owner.
