CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL! Reduced rates due to some noise and dust in the building. This unit is complete and fully functional!

Enjoy your beach vacation in the beautiful ocean front condo. Private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and the spectacular sandy beach. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized and private en-suite bathroom with full shower. The spacious guest bedroom offers a full bed with at twin bunk bed over. The guest bathroom is complete with a shower stall. The kitchen is well appointed with the comforts of home including a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender and ample silverware and pots and pans. The nice size living room has a queen size sleeper and plenty of seating. The unit is located in the perfect location to get away while being close to everything. A .7 mile walk to Garden City Pier and a short 1.7 mile drive to the new Surfside Pier and restaurants. Close to shopping, the Marshwalk, golf and mini-golf. The onsite restaurant and bar offers a fun menu for everyone to enjoy. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are inviting and waiting for you to enjoy. Let this piece of paradise add to your Grand Strand vacation and become your annual place to love and visit. **** Disputes and Chargebacks must first be addressed by hosts and guests. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback all fees and associated legal fees will be applied and charged to guests.****

We ask that you take precautions not to damage bedding in ANY manner. Any damage to the room, including but not limited to, bedding, towels, furniture, carpet, electronics, remotes, or other items, will be charged at the replacement cost. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour or if needed, the charge for professional cleaning. With awareness of bio-hazards, there will be at least $100 fee to clean body fluids of any kind. No glitter, candles, no hair dying. Bikes are NOT allowed in the rooms.

Everything was convenient from the view, to the pool, two steps down to the beach, a nice little food/bar by the pool, a place to grill. Location is close to garden city pier and a short drive to many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Condo was clean and had everything you needed.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as a little getaway for our 16th anniversary. The host was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The property was perfect for us given what we were looking for. The location was wonderful as was the pool and other amenities. I was pleased from the start of booking this condo, checking in and out. Josh was very responsive and friendly when answering any of my questions. I loved the Yale lock instead of keeping track of a key. My daughter stayed at the same place by another owner and had to pick their keys up at another location. The view of the ocean and sunrise was perfect. The beach was litterly steps away.
