Marshall Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet needs to be replaced, dogs were allowed although many signs noted no pets allowed. Rugs placed throughout causing people to stumble. 2nd bedroom was s great disappointment for our daughter and her husband. Shower was tooooo little! No face towels! Towel and wash cloths rationed out! People in 905 were smoking in the balcony so we were not able to sit in it. Balcony had bird mess on it. Parking is ridiculous! So this is why we will not stay again.

The location was great but the condo itself needed to be cleaned better. The master bedroom was decorated nicely but the second better needs updating.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Royal Gardens Resort is a great place to stay. Unit was as advertised except the chairs in the living area.

disapointed needs update

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: not very clean. Bathroom was not clean.had to have someone come and clean it.Floor was bad.Navy blue rug needed to be replaced. Kitchen needs updating. However People were friendly. Maybe a different room would be better.

Didn't have pillows for one of the beds. Shower door in the bathroom in the hall would not work good and was very small. Location was good. Room was clean. Don't think I would want to stay in this room again.

We have stayed at the Royal Gardens for many years now the only problem that I have is you are required to stay a week and we only 4 nights.
