There was never a mention of the elevator being out and there are only 2 for the whole building. Checkin and checkout was over 2 hrs with waiting for the elevators we were on the 17th floor so not walking that. We met a resident of the building and they said has been down since last year so that was not fun. My two little things were the dryer took forever to dry even a small load and the kids bathroom shower curtain was to Ling and smelled like mold. The view was amazing and we had a good time. Some of our family left early due to not wanted Ling to deal with the elevator issue on check out day. ##### mike t.
