This condo features a living/dining room combination, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Three TVs (70-inch in living area, 32 and 40-inch in bedrooms), and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed. Common area includes a swimming pool with a deck, shower (cold water only), charcoal grill, and covered gazebo. Limited pool furniture. Elevator. Limit one parking pass per unit. No trailers. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. It’s clean and roomy and has a very nice long balcony where we spent a lot of our time while the tropical depression came through. Since it’s on the beach, we were still able to go out in between rain moments. The elevator stopped working Thursday which I wish would have been fixed only for when we packed up to leave but other than that loved the trip. I was happy with Garden City realty updating me on the weather to help us decide to wait it out and enjoy our time away! We will be staying there again! The mattresses are so comfortable that we had trouble getting out of it in the morning! I slept like a baby. I love that it is first floor and it has an elevator. The pool was nice and clean. My favorite part had to be the balcony. It is so long and huge and private! You can see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze and it is completely covered from the sun. We spent a lot of time out there in the evenings and ate most of our meals outside. I will definitely rent this place again. It is so worth it! I also like how clean and maintained the whole place was. Their was construction going on both sides and directly over my unit(102)the whole went on from 9:00 am until 9:00pm. I couldn't sit on my deck a total waste of money for that day.They were using a GENNIE,a piece of equipment with a bucket, to get to top of building for repairs,and of all days it was a Saturday over Memorial weekend.I feel like I should be reimbursed for one night stay.I would have left a day earlier if i Knew but once i found out how long they were going to be their it was to late for me to start my 9 hour day home. It was totally a stressful last day . I even got in a little confrontation with the man in charge of the job.I should have taken pictures to show you but didn't think of it at the time.. ##### Rick B.
