"This stay was the BEST. The location is peaceful, the catfish bit and the accommodations were ideal. The house is full of intentional comfort considerations: sound machines, air purifier, coffee/tea bar, plenty of various kinds of bedside outlets. "The home was clean and had the amenities that were needed. We were unable to get into the property initially due to issues with the smart lock. Additionally, the smart lock malfunctioned during it stay and we were unable to secure the door while we were either away or in the home.We did not use the pool or grill, as it was too cold still to use either. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to I40, Newton, Conover, and Hickory. "

"We had an amazing time, the property was extremely clean and decorated so lovely! It was just as described and exceeded our expectations. My teenage boys had the best time fishing and kayaking in the cove and we spent our nights by the fire pit or in the large hot tub. The layout of the home lends itself so well to families, plenty of space for everyone. I would also note that I've rented many homes over the years and this was by far one of our favorites. The mattresses/beds in rentals are usually not the best but these felt just like home! Even the kids commented on how comfy their beds were :) Special thanks to the attentive hosts and allowing us to enjoy Spring Break with our boys and make the best memories! "
