### Siulador 107 fantastic villa with private pool, terrace, pool table, table tennis and air conditioning

Spectacular terraced house just a few metres from Muro Beach.   
  
Great location, 400 metres from the beach where there is a water sports school and the s'Albufera natural park.   
  
Capacity for 7 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are three other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.   
  
There is a double bed and all other bedrooms have two single beds.   
  
Fully equipped open kitchen next to the dining room - living room. In the living room area there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and a large table.   
  
The whole house is fully air-conditioned.   
  
Charming outdoor area, featuring a 3x5 metre swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area and a porch with a table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.   
  
In addition, there is a billiards table and ping pong table to play.   
  
IMPORTANT:   
  
\- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.   
  
\- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.   
  
\- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)   
  
\- A refundable deposit will be charged.   
  
\- Parties are not allowed.
