The beautiful Playa de Muro can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The 220m2 house is divided as follows: 1 bedroom, dressing room with sofa bed and 1 shower room are on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (17 steps). The remaining rooms are on the ground floor. The accommodation These include: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, the large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people, living room with satellite TV (flat screen TV). Adjacent to the living room is the approx. 25m2 large covered terrace with a brick barbecue area and a view of the 9 x 5 m pool with approx. 500m2 of lawn.The 7,000m2 property is laid out in a Mediterranean style with many palm trees and typical trees. Carport for 2 cars. The approximately 250m2 yard can be used as a playground for the little ones. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the beautiful property not far from the wonderful beaches of the north. On the 1st floor is the large bedroom with a view of the pool, next door is a large room with a sofa bed, dressing room and bathroom. These two rooms share the bathroom and should be occupied by one family, as the room with the dressing room is a connecting room with the bathroom at the end. The bedroom has air conditioning and is approx. 20m2 in size, the dressing room with sofa bed is also approx. 20m2 in size.The attached shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a large vanity. A staircase with 17 steps leads to the upper area. The two remaining bedrooms are each approx. 15m2 in size, equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and are on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin as well as a small shower room with toilet. One of the lower bedrooms has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan. All rooms have central heating. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The prices and offers are valid for 6 adults. \+ 2 children (unless otherwise stated). Baby bed and high chair are provided free of charge. Heating costs + 20€/N, Air conditioning in summer +10.00 €/N, A deposit of €300.00 must be paid when the keys are handed over. The main renter must be at least 25 years old. We had an issue with the gate remote opener which the owners fixed right away so very satisfied with the level of service. The pool water quality was very well maintained and hot water was readily available for all 7 of us having showers. A couple of areas to be aware of is the bedroom on the second floor can get quite hot for sleeping as it was requested to keep the windows closed during the day. A fan would have been nice to make it more comfortable for sleeping as we had a few days above 30 degrees celsius. Also be aware that although it only happened a few times, when the wind is coming from the back of the property, the smell from the boiler for the hot water can make it into the outdoor sitting area but this only happened a few times during our 2 week stay. Since we cooked dinner there almost every night, it was nice having a full kitchen and charcoal BBQ available, not to mention the fresh rosemary & mint growing on the property. We would definitely consider staying at this property again and it was great having owners that were so responsive. Die Lage im Nordosten befindet sich außerhalb der Ortschaft, jedoch in der Anflugrichtung der Ferienflieger zum Flughafen PMI. Allerdings sind die Jets geschätzt noch in ca. 1000 bis 2000 m Höhe darüber, so daß sie nicht zu überhören sind, Auf den Nachbargrundstücken gibt es Hühner, Hunde und auch einen Esel haben wir gehört, sonst war es sehr ruhig. Der Pool wurde leider während unserem Aufenthalt (1 Woche) nicht auf Keimbelastung geprüft und auch nicht gereinigt. Das war deutlich am Boden des Pools zu sehen. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Woche. ##### Gregor Z. Die veröffentlichten Bewertungen sind alle korrekt. Nur wird verschwiegen, dass das Haus im Norden der Insel in der direkten Einflugschneise des Flughafens Palma liegt, dass neben an Hühner leben und der Hahn rund um die Uhr kräht - Tag und Nacht! Der Anfahrtsweg ist nicht nur etwas holprig, sondern benötigt mind. einen SUV ohne Beschädigungen am PKW zu befürchten! Das Poolwasser war bei der Ankunft leider in keinem guten Zustand, was sehr enttäuschend war. Der Mangel wurde behoben, doch zwei Tage vor Ende unserer Ferien wurde - unserer Meinung nach durch falsche Handhabung - das Wasser wieder verdorben. Bis jetzt hat sich die Agentur dazu leider nicht weiter geäußert. Haus und Lage sind wirklich top! Die weiteren Umstände sind aber nicht zu verleugnen. ##### Lutz G. Durch den Flur übers Wohnzimmer direkter Blick zur Terrasse und Pool.... Die Kids und wir waren begeistert und nicht mehr zu halten! Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder sind neu und toll. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Es sind genügend große Handtücher da für die 8 Liegen draußen und für die Dusche extra. Die kleine Chilllounge hat uns abends immer gut gefallen. Selbst Kerzen und Windlichter sind da um es noch gemütlicher zu machen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. The villa is lovely, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and with fabulous outdoor space with plenty of shade. We were a family of 7 (one child) and everyone had a wonderful time, the pool was great and the table tennis table an added bonus :-) A car is essential as the Villa itself is a little out of the way (with no public transport or footpath on the main road) but only approx. 3 miles to Can Picafort and Muro Beach so popping in and out was easy. That said we were happy to spend as much time at the villa as possible. Alcudia was also a short drive away and we would recommend a visit to the old town on Market Day (Tuesday). Tip: use the GPS co-ordinates on your phone or Sat Nav to find the Villa initially, the written directions had left mixed up with right (hopefully now amended - turn right after marker post 7) The owners met us on arrival, were lovely and very attentive - Muchisimas gracias por la fabulosa estadia, Nos gustaria muchisimo volver en el futuro nuestros mejores deseos :-) ##### Hayley P. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ließ dies zwar nicht erahnen, aber die Villa, der Garten und der Pool mit neuer Terrasse sind ein Traum. Von Letzterer hatten wir bei klarem Wetter sogar einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. In Worten und Bildern können wir den Eindruck gar nicht wiedergeben😍 Gastfreundschaft pur, ein großer Obstkorb, Wein, Kekse bei Ankunft, diskretes Auftreten bei der Gartenpflege und Poolreinigung, Herzlichkeit trotz Sprachbarriere .... wir könnten das beliebig fortsetzen. Die Vermittlung und Betreuung durch Immobilien Küpper verlief problemlos. Vielen Dank an Juan, Maria Antonia, deren Kinder und Frau K. von nd Frau S.. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Sonnenaufgang am Cap Formentor. Wir waren allein. Super. Das heißt aber auch sehr früh aufstehen, aber man wird ja auch entschädigt. In der ersten Woche zuerst mit zwei Paaren, danach nur noch mit einem Paar. Um nicht alles zu wiederholen, können wir uns den Vorschreibern der positiven Punkte nur anschließen: Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sowohl im Haus als auch in der Außenanlage und am Pool; sehr freundliche, nette und dezent agierende Vermieter; ruhige Lage; tolle Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist unseres Erachtens erforderlich! Da wir früh auf Mallorca angekommen sind, konnten wir bereits direkt nach unserer Ankunft die Finca beziehen und hatten somit schon ab dem ersten Tag Urlaub. Auch wir wurden mit einem riesigen, sehr leckeren Obstkorb, einer Flasche Wein und Olivenöl sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden von den Eigentümer mit einer riesigen Obstschale herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns direkt wie zu hause. Die Villa liegt extrem ruhig (man hört Hühner und Schafglocken), ist herrvoragend ausgestattet, und unglaublig sauber!!! Es ist alles schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht und den Aufenthalt von Anfang an genossen. Da wir früh in Mallorca ankamen, konnten wir das Haus schon am späten Vormittag beziehen. Das Anwesen liegt im Grünen und die tollen Strände in der Bucht von Alcudia sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Eben genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Am Pool stehen inzwischen neue, schöne Sonnenliegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im ganzen Hauses hat es an nichts gefehlt!! Danke den sehr herzlichen Vermietern, die uns mit Wein, Olivenöl und einem großen Obstkorb begrüßt haben. Trotz gegenseitig fehlender Sprachkenntnisse, war die Übergabe des Hauses kein Problem. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich um den Pool und den anfallenden Müll. Alles in sehr rücksichtsvoller, aber zuverlässiger Weise. Liebe Grüße an die Vermieter...wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Haus ist genauso schön, wie die Bilder es zeigen. Man kann sehr gut in der Gartenanlage entspannen, der Pool ist groß und das Haus sehr komfortabel. Man benötigt zwar ein Auto, doch Can Picafort ist nur einige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt und ca fünf Minuten vom Haus ist ein sehr schöner, nicht touristisch überlaufener Strand! Von dort kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge machen, Pollensa, Alcudia und Inca sind nicht weit, auch schöne Höhlen sind nur 20 Minuten von dort entfernt. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) im Haus gewesen. Die Vermieter haben uns sowohl Kinderbettchen als auch Hochstühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Für die Kinder war es auch toll im Garten zu spielen. Die Vermieter sind sehr entzückende Personen, super lieb und zuvorkommend und dabei sehr zurückhaltend. Die Villa Gran Vista ist von den Vermietern liebevoll eingerichtet, hell, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben alles, wie im Online-Inserat beschrieben, vorgefunden und waren vollstens zufrieden. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Von der gepflegten Gartenanlage mit Pool hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Tramuntanagebirge. Wenn auch die Villa etwas abseits liegt, so erreicht man doch den Strand und den Ort Can Picafort mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Betreuung durch die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir können die Villa Gran Vista vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und werden ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein. Michael ##### Marlis S. Der Garten und der Pool sind auch sehr toll. Den Kindern hat es super gefallen darin zu schwimmen. Es war im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht.
