"I rented a camper from them and they called to tell me it was already booked and said they could put us in another camper , which I agreed on. And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer.. "

"River Retreat was the perfect house for our Arkansas getaway. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen well stocked. And the deck - it was exactly the place we needed to drink our coffee in the morning and relax at night. We actually saw an otter 2 nights of our stay! Colleen was spot on with her suggestions for restaurants in town. Terri's really does have delicious turnip greens :) Scott and Colleen made everything easy - from check in to check out. Thanks for sharing your house with us!"
